Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You also have the option of using your own shipping label, please email us at info@tashaapparel.com for more info.

I forgot my password

Click the your account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

When will my order ship?

We are based and ship out from Los Angeles, California, USA. 

Most of our merchandise comes in a pack of 6 units, sometimes less and everything comes in the same color, but different size breakdown. When you click on each photo you will receive all the information such as the name, style number, where it is made, the textile, color, size breakdown, how many come in a bundle, and how many bundles we have in stock. 

We will also ship to you for free as long as you spend $300 or more. 

Free shipping excludes clearance items. or we will ship for a flat rate of $9.95 FedEx ground (US only). 

We have NO MINIMUM and if you place your order before 12pm PST we will ship it the same day.

Another benefit when you work with us is that you can use our photos for your own benefit, whether it is for promotion or for your own website. 

All you have to do is login and create an account for yourself, all you need is your email address and a password.

Registered users can log in using their email address & password. Once logged in simply add your selected items into the shopping cart, once you have reviewed your items, proceed to checkout using our secure server. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated using our integrated shipping system. USA customers have a standard shipping cost, for international customers the shipping cost will vary depending on the shipping location and the total weight of the order. 

International orders have to be placed online. We ship to worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. 

Invoices do not include duties or other taxes.

Pending Orders - If your order is received and no payment has been applied towards your order, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be put on hold and you will have 3 days, starting with the date your order was placed, to pay for your pending order. If payment is not made by the 3rd day your order will be canceled without notice.

If you have a promotional code you can enter this into the box provided at checkout. Please note discounts are not valid on sale items, only full price items. The total amount will then be recalculated to include the discount and confirmed before you make payment.

There is no minimum order value, though all items are sold in packs/bulks of usually 6 pieces (each pack contains a full size ratio). We do not offer sample orders.

Merchandise ordered for in-store pickup are available to pick-up from our Los Angeles, CA showroom. 

Orders placed with bank transfer payments will be cancelled if payment has not been advised or made within 48 hours of time of order.

No we do not charge sales tax.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, California.

For California customers we will require retail reseller's permit to purchase.
